About Essentially Great Health
We live in a world where health fads seem to come and go. It can be difficult to filter through the noise and marketing slogans to uncover the genuine information of what is actually good for you versus what isn’t. Not to mention, hopping on and off the endless diet bandwagons or attempting the newest workout techniques can not only bring discouragement, but also make you feel disillusioned and fall back into bad habits altogether.
But that’s precisely why we’re here. Essentially Great Health exists to educate and empower you with the tools you need to achieve greater health, energy, and vitality. Through an open and honest online conversation, classes and educational gatherings across the United States, video training courses, and person-to-person coaching, we strive to cut through the noise, avoid senseless fads and get to the balanced truth. All of this to help you discover the new life you’ve always dreamed of having and never knew you could live.
